Living in Costa Rica with Flor de Pacifico: Discover 'Pura Vida'
Costa Rica is not just a country, but a lifestyle: “pura vida”, an expression that embodies simple and happy living. For many, especially retirees, this land is a promise of paradise in which to spend the golden years.

One of the most popular destinations for those who decide to move abroad is Costa Rica, where you can enjoy sun, sea and unspoiled nature. Many choose to spend the winter months here, returning home during the summer to reconcile two different lifestyles without renouncing the beauty of Costa Rica. Others choose to settle permanently, attracted not only by economic savings but also by the reduction of stress in an environment where everything proceeds more slowly and calmly.

In 2012, Costa Rica was ranked first in the ranking of the happiest countries in the world by the New Economics Foundation in London. This recognition is based on the well-being of citizens, life expectancy and ecological footprint.
